Ethics in Fashion Photography

.) In the computer they changed the model's eye size they made them bigger and lowered them down including with her eyebrows, and they made her neck longer and thinner. They also made her lips bigger and made her face thinner and changed her make up to different shade.

.) I think it is not ethically acceptable to change a person's appearance like this in a photo because this is what make other girls want to look as beautiful and perfect like the models they see in magazines and billboards.

.) I think there is circumstances in which it would be more ethically wrong to do this type of manipulation because they could have changed more things or like a full body picture could of been worse too.

.) I think like taking off markings on your face or changing things in the background is ok but changing your nose or eyes and things like that is wrong because that is not who you really are.

.) The difference between fashion photography and photojournalism is that fashion pictures are fake pictures that have a lot of changes and make other people feel bad and not beautiful and photojournalism pictures inspires people and makes people feel good and proud about themselves.

.) The relationship that each type of photography have to reality is that they both want to look the best and this affects the ethical practice of each by making them feel uncomfortable with themselves and go through eating disorders and making them go through depressions. These pictures makes them change in a bad way.
